Pet-friendly and nicely decorated room, everything was very good. The location was amazing and perfect, just next door to the beach bar 50 yards away, and local restaurants. Furthermore, anywhere on Amelia island. Cereals, muffins, yogurt, and fruit were good and excellent.

This is a trendy boutique fairly clean hotel providing huge rooms. All of the venue's staff are courteous. The breakfast is hot, includes lots of meals. The location is marvellous, it's in Amelia Island district so close to the beach and a large park.
There is mold in some places.
